Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the item must be:

– unused
– unopened
– in its original packaging
– in perfect condition

Hygiene and wellness products (such as relaxation masks) cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
